My life isn’t perfect. My kitchen is usually a mess, my older two girls have disabilities that stretch and teach me in ways that bring me to my knees often. My husband and I struggled long and hard over many things in our 17 years together, and struggled harder through the end of that story. There have been profound losses and even more profound joys. All of that is fair game for the words shared here, in speaking, coaching and my books.
I can’t promise you I’ll be able to share here while my family is in transition, and I don’t even know how long that will be, but I do promise this: whatever we face in life is always made gentler when we know we’re not alone. When we know there are specific things we can do to learn, grow, heal, hope, and live out deep joy that stands tall in any of it.
That’s what this space is about, and I’m excited and glad you’ve found yourself here.
I hope you find much encouragement in the words on this site. When things are settled with my family, I’ll look forward to joining you here again. Until then, be deeply blessed and strengthened in all you face. And, if you think of it, please keep my family in your prayers.
